DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START?

Absolutely not. Every program at KSP is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Your first session isn't a test — it's a conversation. We'll build from there.

What does a typical class look like?

Every session starts with a coached warmup, moves into a strength or skill segment, and finishes with a conditioning workout. Classes run about an hour and are led by a coach the entire time — so you're never just wandering around figuring it out on your own. Every day is different, and that's kind of the point.

How do coaches keep workouts safe for beginners?

Safety is our absolute priority. Our coaches guide you through every movement, ensuring proper form before adding intensity or weight. We scale everything to protect your joints and build resilience, not break you down.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN OLD INJURY?

Tell us about it during your free intro and we'll work around it. Most of our members have something — a bad knee, a shoulder thing, lower back history. We're used to it and we'll program accordingly.

do I need my own equipment?

Nope. KSP has everything you need — barbells, plates, kettlebells, pull-up rigs, and more. Just show up in comfortable workout clothes and a good pair of athletic shoes. We'll handle the rest. For more advanced members, feel free to bring your lifting shoes, belt, and straps.
