Group Classes at KSP are coach-led sessions built around real programming — not random workouts thrown together. Every class has a purpose, a structure, and a coach watching your form from warmup to cooldown.

Each session runs about an hour and includes a warmup, a strength or skill segment, and a conditioning workout. The programming changes daily so you're never doing the same thing twice.

Whether it's your first class or your five hundredth, you'll always be challenged and always be coached. That's the difference between KSP and just going to the gym.

What does a typical group class look like?

Every session starts with a coached warmup, moves into a strength or skill segment, and finishes with a conditioning workout. Classes run about an hour and are led by a coach the entire time — so you're never just wandering around figuring it out on your own. Every day is different, and that's kind of the point.

How many people are in a class?

KSP keeps classes small enough that every member gets real coaching attention, this isn't a crowded global gym where you disappear into the crowd.

how quickly will i see results?

Most members notice improvements in strength and energy within the first few weeks. Consistency is the key, the programming does the rest.

do I need my own equipment?

Nope. KSP has everything you need — barbells, plates, kettlebells, pull-up rigs, and more. Just show up in comfortable workout clothes and a good pair of athletic shoes. We'll handle the rest. For more advanced members, feel free to bring your lifting shoes, belt, and straps.
