Personal Training at KSP isn't a generic plan pulled off a shelf. It's a program built from scratch around your specific goals, your schedule, your limitations, and your starting point — then adjusted as you progress.

Whether you're training in the gym or remotely from home, your coach is with you every step of the way. Sessions are available mornings, evenings, and everything in between — including as late as 8 PM for those who can't make it during traditional hours.

DO I NEED TO BE IN SHAPE TO START?

Absolutely not. Every program at KSP is designed to meet you exactly where you are. Your first session isn't a test — it's a conversation. We'll build from there.

What does a personal training session look like?

Your coach builds each session around your specific goals and progress. Sessions include warmup, targeted strength or skill work, and conditioning — all customized to you.

Can I train remotely?

Yes. KSP offers fully remote personal training with the same level of coaching and custom programming. Your coach adapts everything to your setup.

how is personal training different from group classes?

Personal training is fully individualized — your program, your pace, your schedule. Group classes follow shared programming. Both are coached, but PT is built entirely around you.

do I need my own equipment?

Nope. KSP has everything you need — barbells, plates, kettlebells, pull-up rigs, and more. Just show up in comfortable workout clothes and a good pair of athletic shoes. We'll handle the rest. For more advanced members, feel free to bring your lifting shoes, belt, and straps. Keep in mind remote training will require personal / at home set ups.

How much does personal training cost?
