Is this program for people who want to compete?

It can be. KSP coaches competitive lifters and recreational lifters alike. Your program is built around your goals — whether that's a meet or just getting stronger.

How is weightlifting coaching different from personal training?

Weightlifting coaching is focused specifically on barbell technique and strength progression. Personal training is broader and can include conditioning, mobility, and general fitness goals.

Do I need my own equipment?

KSP has everything — barbells, platforms, racks, and more. Advanced lifters are welcome to bring their own shoes, belt, and straps.

How much does weightlifting coaching cost?
